Returns Policy

 

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within, 30 days of delivery. The return postage has to be paid by the customer. We'll only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

*Please note that earrings, toiletries and face masks can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

FREE CLICK & COLLECT:

 

For FREE Click & Collect, you can change delivery option from shipping to pick up. Once you placed your order, a member of staff will get in touch with you to arrange a collection time that is suitable for you.

Shipping:

Currently we can only ship within the UK. We are trying our best to open up our shipping to the rest of the world as soon as we can. 

When you place an order, there will be an order processing time of 3 to 5 business days (we generally process quicker). We use Royal Mail Second Class postage for shipping, which would take around 3 business days to arrive at your address after we put the order in the post. However, please bear in mind that these are mere estimates and shipping might take longer during busy period (for e.g. Christmas time). 

Please get in touch if your order is urgent and faster delivery is required. Orders are not tracked. If you would prefer to have your order tracked, please let us know prior to purchase and we can calculate the extra cost and create a listing to include it.
