Shipping Policies


For FREE Click & Collect, you can change delivery option from shipping to pick up via the drop down menu (at the payment page after the page you enter your address details). Once you placed your order, a member of staff will get in touch with you to arrange a collection time that is suitable for you.


UK DELIVERY TIME - 2 to 5 working days INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 9 - 15 working days.

Products are processed & dispatched within 2 working days of purchase.

UK delivery should take 2-5 working days to arrive but can sometimes take longer at peak times. International orders should take 9-15 workings days but can also be vulnerable to delays, taking up to 21 working days.

NONE OF THIS IS GUARANTEED and mail is classed as undelivered after 21 working days (after this time a refund can be issued or order resent)

Each order is wrapped safely and securely using bubble wrap/paper/tissue and other protective materials depending on the specific item. Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail, Second Class post for UK orders, and standard airmail for all international orders. Please get in touch if your order is urgent and faster delivery is required. Orders are not insured or tracked. If you would prefer to have your order tracked or insured, please let me know prior to purchase and we can calculate the extra cost and create a listing to include it.

Gift Purchase If your order is a gift, you have the option to add a gift note at the online checkout. Or if you would rather you can email us directly with a note.

Receipts We do not send receipts with packages. If you require one please include this in the ‘note to buyer’ section and I will print one for you. Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within, 30 days of delivery. We also accept returns or exchanges out our Edinburgh shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items will not be accepted if: * Not in its original condition or is damaged. * Notified within 14 days and returned more than 30 days after delivery. *Please note that earrings, toiletries and face masks can't be returned for hygiene reasons.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
